MC² SYSTEM represents a new, patented, quick and simple system for building high quality and durable, energy-efficient and cost-effective buildings of various dimensions and purposes made by prefabricated elements.

Prefabrication of elements enable significant time saving in the construction process. All elements are producing in high-quality molds under controlled conditions in accordance with current European standards and quality.

All prefabricated elements have the CE marking.

The elements do not require plastering, the surface of the elements is smooth and only require skimming and painting. Throughout the entire height of the elements, during the production, installation pipes are set in the middle layer, along the inner layer on every 50 cm of the wall. Through the installation of pipes, all installations are installing by indentation, without wall chasing. In this way, all subsequent expansions of the installations require only the drilling of the wall where the pipe are already in place. All openings for windows and doors in elements makes in the production phase. After assembling of elements, the external joinery is installing in the insulating layer, preventing the appearance of condensation on the window profiles and glass. All frames installs without thermal bridges.

The essence of the construction system is the installation of prefabricated wall elements that correspond to the floor height of the building, forming the outer walls of the building. The elements are three-layer, thermally insulated without any thermal bridges. From the outside of the building, there is no need to perform a thermal insulation layer because the thermal insulation is already set in the middle layer of the element. The facade on the elements has only an aesthetic function, not an insulating one. It is possible to apply all types of contact and cassette facades on the outer layer of the element, as well as a combination of several types of facades without creating thermal bridges, because insulation is the middle layer of the element.

The flexibility of the MC² system provides the freedom in architectural and urban design. Modular construction system provide various designs of buildings and entire business and residential complexes according to the wishes and needs of investors. Using MC² system it is easy to design various shapes of floor plans of buildings, multi-story bay windows, terraces and other architectural forms. In accordance with other structural elements, elevator and stair cores, floor slabs and their supporting pillars, the number of stories of the buildings is by desire of designer. There is no possibility of falling off any facade. Facade is not applying on insulation but on the supporting, outer reinforced concrete layer.

Additional 0.2 m2 of floor surface is achieving per one meter of length of the Ecopanels / external walls due to the small total wall thickness. Exterior wall element, Ecopanel is only 26cm thick, instead of a minimum 47cm in standard plastered walls made of bricks and 20 cm of insulation.

Outer and inner layer of Elements are made of fine-grained reinforced ferrocement with polypropylene fibers, achieving compressive strength ≥40Mpa. The lifespan of such material is over 100 years as well as the constructed buildings.
