Construction

Construction begins in our production plant where elements are produced under controlled environmental conditions. All the elements fit into standard transport overall dimensions and they transport to the site at minimal costs. Regardless of the type of the object, only light strip foundations and floor slab is made prior to assembling. Specially designed auxiliary, supporting scaffolding is set, on which elements are placing like “big bricks”.

The joints, space in between the rows are armored along with reinforcement protruding from elements and shuttered from one direction. After pouring of concrete in place between the elements reinforced concrete arch is formed which together with ferrocement ribs forms the main support structure. By hardening of the concrete auxiliary scaffolding is removed. This concludes the whole process of construction of building since any plastering is not needed because the surfaces of elements are already finishing surface.
